These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Caserandom and all related features, content, and tools made available through the platform. By accessing, browsing, registering, or using the service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform.

Some Caserandom features are based on randomness and probability. Even where provably fair verification is provided, outcomes remain random and there is no guarantee of a particular result. You acknowledge that you may experience losses and that the service is provided for entertainment purposes.
Credits, payments, and transactions
The platform may allow you to acquire and spend credits within the service. Any purchase, deposit, or transaction rules shown in the interface form part of your agreement with Caserandom. Transaction availability, limits, and processing steps can vary depending on your location and account status. Where values are shown in AUD, they are presented for clarity within the platform interface.
You must ensure that any payment method you use is authorised for your use. You agree not to attempt chargeback abuse, payment fraud, or the use of stolen payment credentials. If we detect suspicious payment activity, we may suspend transactions and request additional checks.
Verification and security checks
Caserandom may require verification in order to protect users, prevent fraud, and maintain platform integrity. Verification may be required for account recovery, unusual activity, or transaction-related checks. You agree to cooperate with reasonable verification requests and to provide accurate information. Responsible play

If you have a dispute, we encourage you to contact support first so we can try to resolve it informally. You agree that notices and communications may be provided through the platform interface or through contact details you provide, where permitted.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the service, security practices, or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on the platform and will apply from the time they are published. Your continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
